Robert Haas brings decades of financial leadership and nonprofit experience to his role as Treasurer of Family Nurturing Center’s Board of Directors. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Addictions Recovery Center, where he oversees the full cycle of nonprofit accounting, medical billing, grants management, payroll, and financial audits.

A Medford native, Robert previously spent 18 years with Lithia Motors in a variety of financial and data management leadership roles, including Data Warehouse Manager, Business Analyst, and Accounting Supervisor. He has also provided accounting support for local businesses and nonprofit organizations, including long-time service as Treasurer for the Rogue Roundup and Frank Surma Commercial Properties.

Robert has deep roots in Southern Oregon and a strong commitment to community service. He served on the Addictions Recovery Center Board of Directors for nearly a decade, including two terms as Board Chair, before joining the organization’s leadership team in 2018.

When he’s not working with numbers, Robert enjoys landscaping, home improvement projects, technology, and spending time with family, friends, and fellowship.
