Clanci has lived in the Rogue Valley her entire life and enjoys raising her two daughters in the rural community of Prospect. She values time with family and the chance to be surrounded by nature.

Her career in human services began at sixteen, working in early childhood classrooms before becoming a teacher. She later supported adults with disabilities as a Resident Manager, then worked with families through ODHS as a Family Time Coordinator and Family Coach in the Self Sufficiency program. These roles deepened her passion for outreach and helping families overcome barriers.

Clanci joined Family Nurturing Center as an Assistant Program Manager and now serves as Program Manager of the Family Center. She brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and a problem-solving approach to her work. Guided by respect, transparency, and care, she is committed to connecting families with the resources and support they need to thrive.
